Terms, in plain language.
These terms cover two products sold on this site: the AI Employee Memory Kit (a digital download) and the First AI Employee Blueprint (a personal review service). Questions first, lawyers later: write to zdenek@zspacek.com.
The Memory Kit · €29 · digital download
Delivery
The kit is delivered digitally, immediately after purchase. You receive an email with a personal download link. The link expires after 7 days; if you miss it, write to zdenek@zspacek.com and we will send a fresh one.
EU right of withdrawal
The kit is digital content supplied immediately. By purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby waive the EU 14-day right of withdrawal, as EU consumer law allows for digital content once delivery has begun with your consent.
If something is broken
If a file is corrupted, missing, or will not open, write to us. We will fix it or replace it. That is a defect, not a withdrawal, and it is always on us.
The Blueprint · €490 · review service
Refunds
- Before the review starts: full refund on request, no questions.
- After your intake is accepted and the review has started: no refund for disagreement with the Build / Narrow / Hold verdict. The verdict is the product.
- If we cannot deliver the review: full refund, always.
Delivery
The five-business-day delivery clock starts only after your intake is complete and accepted. Incomplete intake pauses the clock. Scope is one recurring workflow per Blueprint.
Both products
Both products provide operational planning and design material. They are not legal, privacy, security, compliance, medical, financial, or employment advice.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in EUR. Your card statement will show ZSPACEK.

Memory Check email & privacy
What is collected
The free Memory Check works on the page without an email address. If you request the detailed scorecard, the confirmation link temporarily carries your encrypted email address, answers, result, and any campaign tags from the page URL. The link expires after 24 hours.
When a contact is created
No mailing-list contact is created until you click the confirmation link. After confirmation, Resend stores your email address, score, result band, main risk, signup date, and campaign tags so the scorecard and AI Employee Field Notes can be delivered.
Your choice
You can unsubscribe from Field Notes at any time using the link in an email. You can also ask for deletion or correction by writing to zdenek@zspacek.com. Transactional product emails, such as a paid download link, are separate from Field Notes.
