One workflow. One hour. A memory system you own.
Before you automate a workflow, package its memory.
Most teams do not need another prompt pack. They need to make one recurring job explicit: the sources, current context, decisions, boundaries, approvals, and corrections an AI employee would need to do useful work twice.
The AI Employee Memory Kit helps you build that layer for one workflow in about 60 minutes.
€29
Standalone by design: use the result with any model, platform, internal team, consultant, or manual process. No Esme subscription, proprietary software, or later purchase is required.
The kit
What you finish with
- A workflow-fit score, so you do not automate the wrong job.
- A one-page AI Employee Charter.
- A source inventory and authority hierarchy.
- A layered Memory Map for durable knowledge, live context, decisions, corrections, and audit history.
- Green / Amber / Red approval boundaries.
- A 30-day rollout and stop plan.
- Editable templates, spreadsheet, and a completed composite example.
- Field notes from our own agent fleet: the real failures behind each rule, generalized.
- An AI facilitator prompt: your own AI interviews you through all seven steps and writes your completed templates.
The problem
Your AI can produce a good answer and still be a bad employee.
It may use an old document. Treat one person's edit as company policy. Remember a temporary campaign forever. Forget the decision from last week. Or draft something useful and then cross a boundary nobody bothered to define.
That is not mainly a model problem. The workflow has not been packaged.
What the kit helps you answer
- What exactly is the recurring job?
- Which sources are authoritative?
- What should be remembered, fetched live, logged, or excluded?
- Who owns updates?
- What may the employee prepare?
- What requires human approval?
- When should it stop and ask?
- How does a correction become a durable rule without poisoning everything else?
- What would make you continue, narrow, or stop after 30 days?

Completed worked example
A fictionalized Monday Growth Brief workflow, filled in from beginning to end. It shows the level of specificity required without pretending to be a customer case study.
Northstar Goods is fictional. The workflow is a composite based on real operating patterns, not a customer case study or performance claim.

Who it is for
Founder-led teams, agencies, ecommerce businesses, and operators with one recurring knowledge-work workflow that still needs human judgment.
Good examples include reports, research briefs, customer-reply drafts, campaign preparation, content drafts, and recurring operations updates.
Who should not buy it
- You want a bot that publishes, sends, spends, signs, or changes production systems on its own.
- You cannot name one workflow owner.
- You have no repeated workflow or source material.
- You need specialist legal, medical, security, privacy, financial, or compliance design.
- You are mainly looking for prompts and tool recommendations.
Founder note
I built this from the way I operate real agent workflows across my own products and Esme, my managed AI employee system.
The lesson was not that the agents needed longer prompts. They needed clear work, layered memory, current context, decision history, approval boundaries, and a place for corrections to stick.
This kit is the system stripped down to one workflow you can use without my stack.

FAQ
Do I need to be technical?
No. The kit is written for the person who understands the work. You do not need to choose a model or automation platform.
Does this build an AI employee for me?
No. It prepares the workflow and memory architecture. You can run a manual test, use your internal team, or hand the result to any builder you choose. The First AI Employee Blueprint is an optional review, not a required next step.
Which AI tool does it work with?
The design is platform-neutral. The same Memory Map can guide a custom agent, an internal workflow, or a carefully configured assistant.
Am I locked into Esme?
No. The kit contains open, editable operating documents. There is no required account, subscription, implementation partner, or proprietary Esme format.
Can I use it for several workflows?
Yes, but complete one workflow first. Copying the template five times before testing one is how these projects become decks instead of working systems.
Is this a security or compliance assessment?
No. It includes practical data-minimization and approval boundaries, but it does not replace professional legal, security, privacy, compliance, medical, employment, or financial advice.
What if my workflow scores poorly?
That is a useful result. Clean up the workflow or choose a better first job before paying to automate it.
What comes after the kit?
Nothing is required. You can run the workflow manually, build internally, or use any implementation partner. If you want the design challenged before you build, the optional First AI Employee Blueprint is a €490 professional review produced by the Esme system under Zdenek's review doctrine. Esme managed operation is a separate service for teams that explicitly want it.
